What is a Compliance Certificate?
A Construction Compliance Certificate confirms that specific subdivision infrastructure or engineering works comply with approved plans, development consent conditions and relevant standards.
These certificates may apply to engineering designs, completed infrastructure, or other works required to demonstrate compliance prior to endorsement of your Subdivision Certificate.
Design Compliance Certificates provide assurance that the proposed design meets any Council and Australian Standards, and any statutory requirements in accordnace with development consent.
When is an Compliance Certificate required?
Engineering Design Compliance
Certification confirming that civil engineering designs comply with development consent and relevant standards.
Subdivision Infrastructure
Certification for roads, drainage, and other infrastructure associated with subdivision works.
Completion of Works
Verification that constructed works comply with approved plans and engineering specifications.
Prior to Final Certification
Compliance Certificates are required before issuance of the Subdivision Certificate.
What we assess
We undertaken hold point inspection of civil works during the length of the civil works. Assessment of final Works- As-Executed drawings, Geotechnical Test Report and Structural Certificates.
Depending on the scope our assessment may include:

What we need from you
Typical information includes:
Works As Executed (as-built) drawings prepared by Registered Surveyor
Supporting Construction Reports
Any relevant construction documentation
Compliance documentation from Structural Engineers
Engineering design drawings
Development consent and consent conditions
Where available, documentation can be uploaded when requesting a fee proposal or provided later during the assessment process.
